We also appreciated his pleasant approach and the timeliness to our project... any questions we had were answered promptly and he Always stood by his word.... The crew we had in our home were polite, courteous, hard working and very conscientious of prepping at the start of the day and cleaning up at end of each day. "Recently I had a fire sprinkler leak which resulted in water damage in my home. After the remediation was complete, Alex S*****, from Tactical Restoration came in and gave me a detailed written summary of project cost for the needed repairs. They responded promptly to my schedule needs. Luis and Vicente did the majority of the work and were professional in their endeavor to please me as their customer. Pride in their workmanship was evident. From start of the project with insulation and sheet rock to the project finish with the faux painting, they were here when they said they would be and finished on schedule and on the bid amount.
